The modern meeting centre on the ground floor offers a dedicated breakout area where refreshments are served. The automated hot drinks machine offers a great variety of speciality coffees and teas.

We have a great range of facilities available, all of which come with complimentary Wi-Fi, the very latest AV equipment and air conditioning; making them perfectly capable of hosting a range of events, both big and small. 

Within the meeting centre this rooms can accommodate 50 people theatre style. A flexible room also offers classroom, cabaret, boardroom or u-shape lay-outs.

Our largest room offers floor to ceiling windows providing lots of natural light. Accommodating up to 60 theatre style again this room provides flexible layout to suit your needs.

Within the meeting centre these 3 rooms are perfect for smaller meeting or syndicate rooms. Each room takes up to 10 people boardroom style.

Located on the 1st floor next to the Ringway Bar and Grill this room is perfect for evening functions, funerals and private dining. This rooms accommodates up to 40 people theatre style with large windows provide natural light.

Situated on the ground floor the purpose built Conference Centre consists of:

  • F2 Dedicated training rooms, accommodating between 2-60 delegates
  • 3 Boardroom style meeting rooms or small breakout rooms
  • A large exhibition/conference room which can take up to 60 delegates
  • Dedicated breakout and refreshment area with automated coffee machine
  • Dedicated conference host on call to assist you during your meeting


A dedicated Conference Host is also assigned to every meeting to ensure that your only concerns are those associated with the actual delivery of the event
